Since our products are digital and access is granted immediately after payment, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once the video lecture links have been delivered.

However, we understand that issues may arise. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments for the same lecture.

• Technical issues preventing access to the lectures, which cannot be resolved by our support team.
